1) The display screen becomes white after executing the software
軟體執行後，顯示器呈現白色畫面
It's caused that the driver of graphics card or chipset of the computer is not updated, which usually happens after the operating system is renewed!
You may refer the file [Graphics driver update] in the CD disc to update it.
原因是電腦的顯示卡或顯示晶片的驅動程式，尚未更新，通常是因為更換了電腦的作業系統! 您可以參考本光碟片內的文件[Graphics driver update]進行更新。
You may execute the software according to the following setting, but some functions may not work well.
您可以依據以下的設定使用本軟體，但是部份功能可能無法正常運作。
1.Click right button of mouse and select [Properties(R)]
以滑鼠右鍵點選軟體圖示，選擇[內容]
2. Select [Compatibility] and mark [Windows XP]
點選[相容性]，勾選 Windows XP
2) Windows Vista operating system
作業系統是Windows Vista
For the Windows Vista operating system, please execute the software according to the following setting.
針對Windows Vista的作業系統，請依據以下的設定使用本軟體。
1.Click right button of mouse and select [Properties(R)]
